About your new role 

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Professionals- Accounting & Finance team in our Wellington, New Zealand office. With an established warm desk, you will be specialized in recruiting within the government & commercial space. The candidates will vary from junior to senior level payroll and credit control roles.

Your day to day will consist of:

  • Business development with new & existing clients 
  • Sourcing active and passive talent 
  • Managing the 360 recruitment process ensuring candidates & clients receive the best service 
  • Building industry knowledge by networking and keeping up with trends 

What do you need to secure this position?

  • Successful background in sales - Are you an accomplished store manager in travel, retail, real estate, fitness or media? Your skills are highly transferable!
  • OR Have proven success recruiting in the Accounting space
  • You are resilient and not afraid to make the first move to engage with people 
  • Strong team player, but also independent and knows how to think outside the box
